Built and equipped for personal use - and now exclusively available for your vacation!

2 large double bedrooms, both with their own bathroom (shower) and the possibility to add an additional baby bed. Additionally, there are 2 more sleeping spots in the studio, open to the living room. Laundry room with washing machine and extra toilet.

Open kitchen with dishwasher, large gas stove, oven, fridge and freezer, fully equipped with everything. Great leather couch, very large LED TV, WiFi (via SAT connection). Large charcoal grill.

Anreise

Coming from Germany/Austria/Switzerland, take the A12 to Rosignano Mmo and then continue on the SS1 Aurelia towards the south (Rome). Take the exit for Cecina Nord, after the ramp turn right onto the SR68 towards Volterra. After about 30 km, on the left-hand side, there is a good pizzeria, "Verde Oasi"; turn right towards Montegemoli. Then simply follow the very good and beautiful cypress-lined avenue upwards, after about 6km you will arrive in the village. Cross through it, at the end of the town, the last house on the right side is yours.

Ein fantastisches Ferienhaus abseits vom Massentourismus. Tolle typisch toskanische Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Sehr gepflegt und toller Pool. Auch die Strände sind in ca. 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein rund um gelungener Urlaub. Einzig ein kleiner Kritikpunkt es könnte etwas mehr Besteck vorhanden sein.

Das sehr große komplett eingezäunte Grundstück liegt sehr ruhig am Ende eines sehr kleinen Dorfes. Sehr gut ausgestattet Räumlichkeiten (Betten, Schränke, Küche, Sofa etc.) Interessant geschnitten auf 3 Ebenen 1. Wohnessküche
1,5. Eingangsbereich und Schlafzimmer 1 mit Bad 1
2. Schlafzimmer 2 und Bad 2
Mehrere Terassen und ausreichen Aussenbestuhlung und Liegen und Sonnenschirme
Zu empfehlen die kleine Osteria am Ort.
Wir hoffen es klappt in den nächsten Jahren noch einmal .

Dafür fährt man in die Toskana, traumhafte Lage, absolute Ruhe, geniale Osteria in 100m und ein Haus das nichts vermissen lässt. Vielen Dank an Susanne für die rundum Betreuung.
