Villa Nocciolo has a private garden. Intimate and small only in appearance, it overlooks the eastern side of Piazza del Borgo.

Upstairs, reached by an internal staircase, an external one and a ramp that connects the two levels, we find the kitchen-dining room with fireplace and a large living room. Two terraces overlook the square and face the Pratomagno mountain.
