From the motorway to Pula take the exit for Vodnjan (Brijuni Islands)… then drive another 10 km along the main road (passing by 3 petrol station on the left hand side)… when you reach to the 3rd petrol station, on the round about, turn right in the direction of Fazana (Brijuni)… Drive another 1 km and turn left towards Stinjan… after 500 meters you will arrive at Smrikve Charme Villa.
Wie im letzten Jahr war es wieder eine wundervolle Woche in der gut gepflegten Anlage mit Mio als perfekten Gastgeber. Es fehlte uns als Tennismannschaft an nichts.

This facility is a perfect holiday home for a family of 4 or 5. We stayed there for a week and it was a truly lovely experience. It is ideal for people who play tennis
as it has 3 clay courts. The host is very friendly and helpfull. It felt like being part of a big family. It is in a quiet area, close to the beach and the city center. We definetely recommend it.

My family and I had a great experience staying at Villa Smrikve Charme. Villa is very comfortable, decorated with many interesting details. The pool is amazing.
The location is very convenient to beaches, groceries and good restaurants. It is a good area for cycling, tennis courts, therefore there are many possibilities to enjoy in sports activities during the stay.
We will definitely stay there again!:)

Tolles Haus, sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet und groß genug für 4 Personen. Sehr netter zuvorkommender Vermieter, der uns mit frischem Gemüse versorgte. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Hafen, Colosseum, Strand und die Stadt Pula sind in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar.

Really nice and cozy apartment. You have everything you need for a holiday home. It was clean and comfortable and just few steps away from the tennis courts. Beach and Pula City centre just a short car ride away. Highly recommend.
We came in family with my wife and daughter as she was practising for the Tennis Talent Family week as a preparation for the Smrikva Bowl tournament.
The house is very nice to live and convenient as it includes all the necessary appliances and tools for cooking. We enjoyed our time there. The top floor is very relaxing if one wishes more focus time.
Also, if you need anything Mio & his family will be very helpful to answer your needs.

Eine schöne Unterkunft mit ganz lieben Vermietern, die tolle Tipps für schöne Buchten, Ausflüge und gute Restaurants geben und uns auch noch mit Gemüse aus dem Garten versorgt haben. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders gut hat uns die Nähe zu Lost Bay Beach, Fazana und Pula gefallen. Die Kinder haben sich sehr über die Tiere und den Pool gefreut.

We had a wonderful time in this cosy and spotlessly clean cottage. It had everything you need, was very spacious and stayed cool even though it was hot outside. Mio and his whole family were lovely and provided us not only with home grown vegetables from their garden but also with so many tipps and information on Istria and the surrounding villages. We also were lucky to receive plenty of most valuable tennis lessons from Mio and spent much time in the refreshing pool. We highly recommend staying in this lovely cottage with such a great host family.

I recently had an incredible experience at Villa Smrikve Charm. My son and I were staying there when he was playing the Smrikva Bowl tennis tournament. This place was a wonderful spot to be at while he was playing. A nice spacious 2 story place with some really great bedrooms.The tennis memorabilia is a nice touch and really got my son in the mood to play some great tennis.
The balcony here was a real gem as I could relax there and soak up the sun. The beds were super comfortable and Mio is an incredible host. We had a delightful stay while we are there and I wholeheartedly recommend Villa Smrikve Charm!

Wir haben den Urlaub als Familie sehr genossen. Miodrag und seine ganze Familie, waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden und war sehr sauber.
Die Kinder waren vorallem von dem Hund und den Tennisplätzen begeistert. Pool hatten wir zu dieser Zeit zur alleinigen Nutzung.
Die Gastgeber hatten uns sogar ihre eigenen Kartoffeln und Salat gegen.
Zum Strand war es etwas zu weit, aber das hat uns nichts ausgemacht.

Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen diese gerne weiter. Unser Gastgeber hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns gerne Tipps gegeben und Geschichtliches zu Kroatien erzählt. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, wie auf den Fotos und picobello sauber. Die Küchenausstattung war gut. Vermisst haben wir lediglich einen größeren Tisch auf der Terrasse im ersten Stock, ein Tablett und etwas mehr Schüsseln, da wir durchaus häufiger im Haus gekocht haben. Das Haus hat keinen Backofen und nur zwei Kochplatten. Wunderbar fanden wir die vielen Tiere: zwei liebe Hunde, eine Katze, viele Schildkröten und ein Huhn am Pool. Das Brummen der Pooltechnik ist leider etwas laut. Gleich in der Nähe ist die traumhafte "Lost Bay Bar" am Strand. Unbedingt besuchen!

We went to the vila with two couples and it was lovely!
The owners put a lot of effort into the vila and the whole property around. We had everything we needed and they offered to ask whenever anything would be missing.
The pool and tennis courts are very neat and well looked after as well.
The owners are very friendly, gave us lots of tips for adventuring and helped out wherever they could. If questions came up we could always swing by and ask.
Generally we are very grateful for this amazing vacation and definitely consider coming back.

This was our 2nd time at Villa Smrikve Charme, but first time as a family with both a teenager and small children. Villa proved spacious and cozy, giving us extra commodity at evenings when we had light supper or drinks on the terrace.
The Villa did not lose anything of previous loveliness, now that it has been expanded. It is still a peaceful accomodation situated in greenery and flowers of Smrikve surroundings, full of details inside and outside the house, declaring owner's sense of hospitality and love for historic and cultural details.
We spent time at the pool, roamed around the farm yard and went swimming, with the beach located five minutes by car. With a couple of good restaurants nearby and a fully equipped kitchen on the days we decided to stay home for meals, it was a great choice this summer!

Wir wurden von Miodrag und seiner Familie stets herzlich willkommen und bei Fragen waren sie immer da. Es gab auch leckeres Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten, sowie selbstgemachten Oliven-Öl und Wein.
Das Haus ist voller Geschichte, sauber und alles da was man braucht. Der Pool ist sehr schön und der Garten groß genug für unsere Hunde, die sich super mit Miodrags Hund "Medo" verstanden haben.
Wir könne das Ferienhaus wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Danke an Miodrag und seine Familie!

It was our second time visiting Pula and staying at Villa Smrikva combing our stay with a week of tennis. We were not disappointed. The Villa was spacious and clean with all the facilities required to enjoy a comfortable stay with the family. As usual Mio & Chin were excellent hosts and we really enjoyed our time. We had unforgettable time. We stayed in a very lovely and cozy villa. The villa was clean and well cared with important tennis memory artificates. All nessuarry equipment we found in the room. We felt like it was our home.
Beatiful garden and amazing bird songs we listened.
We hardly left this place and waiting to be back again. Child was happy to meet new friends and get a great tennis training week.

We had a fantastic seven day stay at the villa.
The villa was very clean with all essentials for family to self cater. The hosts mio and chin were very charming and very helpful. The kids enjoyed playing in the farm and tennis courts . We would definitely come back again and would strongly recommend this villa for a family of four.

wir waren zu viert (2 Paare) mit 2 Hunden insgesamt 8 Nächte in der Villa Smrikve Charme und es war wundervoll ! Die Villa mit 2 Schlafzimmern, 2 Badezimmern und einem kleinen Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile ist für 4 Personen einfach perfekt. Außerdem war die komplette Unterkunft sehr sauber.
Die Hunde können sich auf einem großen Gelände frei bewegen und mit dem liebevollen Hund des Vermieters, der uns in der Zeit auch sehr ans Herz gewachsen ist, spielen.
Der Vermieter und dessen Familie sind alle sehr sympatisch und hilfsbereit. Uns wurden gute Restaurants und Strände empfohlen.
Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Wir haben einen Teil unseres Sommerurlaubes als vierköpfige Familie mit unserem Hund in der wunderschönen Finca Smrikve Charme verbracht. Die Finca ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Auch wir können nur bestätigen, das der Hund des Besitzers sofort zum Familienfreund wurde. Sobald wir die Finca verlassen haben, war er da und hat sich seine Streicheleinheiten abgeholt. Wunderbar waren auch die vielseitigen und informativen Gespräche mit unserem Gastgeber Abends bei einem guten Bier oder einem Glas Wein. Wir waren viel in der Umgebung unterwegs und haben vieles erkundet. Nach einem heißen Tag haben wir uns im Pool abgekühlt und unsere Kinder hatten auch die Möglichkeit, ihre Tenniskenntnisse auf dem Tennisgelände des Besitzers aufzufrischen. Wir können den Aufenthalt dort sehr empfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa. Our hosts were incredible and Mio and his wife made it feel like a home away from home. We had a warm welcome and they were extremely accommodating. My son had a great week of tennis and my daughter enjoyed playing in the gardens, visiting the farm and we all enjoyed an evening soak in the pool. It was easy for our family to get around with a rental car and visit the surrounding tourist areas - the water park was a great hit!
We really enjoyed staying in this villa which was well equipped and very clean. We were very comfortable during our stay and we will be back next year for sure!

This is the second time that we stayed at this charming and cousy little villa surrounded with trees and with a wonderful pool. Everyone here is super nice and they keep the house and the garden super clean and tidy. My husband loves playing tennis there. Our daughter enjoyed spending time with the animals, little turtles in front of the house, their doggies and cats. Also there is a wonderful garden with raspberries, blackberries, kiwi, tomatoes, watermelons which were delicious! Wonderful beaches are close buy and we would definitely recommend visiting amazing Brioni island.

Last year we spent an unforgettable holiday in this beautiful, fully equipped villa surrounded by a beautiful garden. I said, that we had to come again. So we spent another super fourteen days here.
It is not easy to describe everything briefly and concisely.
Beautiful and fully equipped old-style villa surrounded by a beautiful large garden where we found everything: a swimming pool, a barbecue area, many different plants and trees. And a fountain with turtles :-)
The surroundings are amazing. The beaches are long and with good access to the water.
Mr. Mio and his family are very nice and helpful. And if you have any questions about the area, its history, or where to eat well, you will get the right answers from Mio.

All ombra di alberi d ulivo, in un giardino coronato da due fontane, questa villa di stile antico, offre un oasi di pace e tranquillità. Funzionale per una vacanza famigliare, dal solarium sul terrazzo, alla piscina , ai campi da tennis , alla passeggiata nel bosco adiacente, al mare poco lontano, offre tutti i confort per persone di ogni età.
