This luxurious water villa for 8 people is located in the Aqua Village park in Kortgene, directly on the Veerse Meer.
This is a popular place for every water sports enthusiast. The villa has its own jetty and is therefore ideal for a holiday by boat. With the Delta Marina around the corner, you as a boat owner are fully equipped here.
The entrance of the villa provides access to four spacious bedrooms. There are two bedrooms with a twin bed and two bedrooms with two single beds. In addition, there are two bathrooms on the ground floor. A spacious wellness bathroom with whirlpool and steam cabin and a luxurious bathroom with bath, shower and sink. A washing machine is available in one of the bathrooms. There is also a guest toilet.
Via the stairs in the hall you reach the first floor of this luxurious holiday home. From the stylish, bright living room you have a fantastic view of the Veerse Meer. There is a cozy sitting area with flat screen TV, a dining area for 8 people and a cozy wood stove. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a combination microwave, Nespresso machine and dishwasher.
From the living room you have access to the sunny terrace with comfortable patio furniture and a wide view over the Veerse Meer. Here you can enjoy the beautiful sunset until the wee hours. From the balcony, the spiral staircase on the outside of the house gives you access to the beautiful garden with its own jetty (1.80 meters wide, maximum boat length 9 meters). Because the house is located directly on the water, we recommend that you bring a life jacket for children.
There is plenty to do around the Veerse Meer! Rent a (sailing) boat and sail from your own jetty to one of the many uninhabited islands in the Veerse Meer, go for action on the water ski course of Schotsman Watersport or take a walk through the beautiful nature reserve De Schotsman. Tolles Haus in wunderschöner Lage! Sehr komfortabel und alles war vorhanden. Gute Kommunikation mit Ruiterplaat. Es hat mir gefallen.

Es ist eine wunderschöne Wasservilla in Top-Lage.Es ist wahr, dass die Villa wirklich renovierungsbedürftig ist, die Terrasse vor dem Wohnzimmer ist wirklich gefährlich, die Stühle, die da sind, gehen leicht zwischen die Regale, sodass Sie mit dem Stuhl hinterhergehen können und alles, was uns ein paar Mal passiert ist.Außerdem braucht die Villa wirklich eine große Renovierung und wieder macht die Lage viel wett, aber einfach nicht genug für das, was Sie pro Woche für diese Wasservilla bezahlen.

Ausgezeichnetes, großes Haus in wunderschöner Lage. Wir haben den Ort genossen! Das Haus selbst muss renoviert werden. Die Spülmaschine ist schlecht, eines der Badezimmer stinkt, weil der Schlauch der Waschmaschine schlecht verschlossen ist, die Wände sind schmutzig, das Bad lief nicht gut ab und auf den Matratzen war Sand. Es gibt auch keine 8 Esszimmerstühle und keine 8 Gartenstühle. Das Badezimmer mit luxuriöser Badewanne/Dusche passt nicht ganz zum Rest des Hauses. Gepflegter Garten und Platz machen das wieder wett!

Ordentlicher Garten und Spot machen das wieder wett!

Bei der Ankunft waren es drinnen nur 10 Grad. Nach 3 Stunden sind es immer noch nur 12 Grad und es kommen zusätzliche Heizungen hinzu. Erst am nächsten Morgen wurde es angenehm.

Geräumige und angenehme Villa mit herrlichem Blick auf Veerse Meer. Gesegnet, dass sich der Wohnraum und die Terrassen im 1. Stock befinden, damit Sie alles genießen können.
Die Villa war einfach perfekt. Dieser Ausblick war unbezahlbar. Die Beschreibung war zu 100% passend.

Das Haus liegt sehr gut und ruhig, man kann direkt vom eigenen Steg schwimmen gehen.
In der näheren Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche schöne Strände, feinsandig und breit, Wasserqualität sehr gut. Kleiner Tipp, Parkzeit genau einhalten- bei Überschreitung 60€ Strafgebühr!
