Situated in Étel, facing the marina and Ria d'Étel, the apartment is ideally located for exploring the area. The market and city center activities are a short 450m walk, while the beaches of Étel are 750m away. Étel, a former tuna fishing port now a sheltered marina, is ideal for families, windsurfing, and fishing. Nearby tourist destinations include Carnac (with its megaliths), La Trinité-sur-Mer, and Quiberon (with its wild coast). Auray and Vannes are also within easy reach.

The apartment, renovated in 2022, features a fitted and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, hotplates, refrigerator, hood, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster) open to the living room with a television and free fiber WiFi. The living room opens onto a south-west facing balcony with garden furniture and views of the Ria and port. The bedroom communicates with a bathroom (electric towel dryer).
