This 42m² apartment, located on the 1st floor of a building (no elevator), comfortably accommodates up to four guests using a 140x190cm double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Pets are not allowed, and the rental is non-smoking. Private parking space No. 64 is included.

Situated in Étel, facing the marina and Ria d'Étel, the apartment is ideally located for exploring the area. The market and city center activities are a short 450m walk, while the beaches of Étel are 750m away. Étel, a former tuna fishing port now a sheltered marina, is ideal for families, windsurfing, and fishing. Nearby tourist destinations include Carnac (with its megaliths), La Trinité-sur-Mer, and Quiberon (with its wild coast). Auray and Vannes are also within easy reach.

The apartment, renovated in 2022, features a fitted and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, hotplates, refrigerator, hood, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster) open to the living room with a television and free fiber WiFi. The living room opens onto a south-west facing balcony with garden furniture and views of the Ria and port. The bedroom communicates with a bathroom (electric towel dryer). There is also a separate WC. A consumption package is charged in addition (€40 per week) except during peak season (May 23 to September 20, 2025).
