At the entrance, you are welcomed by a splendid private terrace, perfect for starting the day with a lake view breakfast or for relaxing at sunset while admiring the pool and the surrounding landscape. From the residence, you can directly access the beach and the evocative pedestrian walkway that connects Peschiera del Garda to Lazise, both conveniently reachable on foot along the lake.
The main floor hosts a bright and welcoming living area with a living room equipped with a sofa and flat-screen TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and everything necessary to cook independently. On the same level there are also a service bathroom and a practical laundry area with washing machine.
On the upper floor, the first night area develops, consisting of a spacious double bedroom and a double room with single beds, both with a private bathroom complete with shower, WC and bidet.
