Apartamento muy recomendable por su limpieza, equipamiento, accesibilidad y localización. Las fotos que se muestran, se ajustan a la realidad y el barrio donde se localiza es tranquilo y precioso, aunque por la noche hay un poco de ruido porque hay terrazas de bares justo debajo (es un primero exterior) y por las mañanas se oye el tráfico de la calle lateral al rio Urumea. No obstante, si se cierran las ventanas y se bajan las persianas, el ruido no es un inconveniente. No se puede aparcar en la zona porque el aparcamiento en la calle es para residentes y los parkings subterráneos son caros. Hay una tienda en frente que nos facilitó la estancia y hay bares y cafeterías cercanos. El único punto mejorable serian los colchones de todas las camas (demasiado blandos) y el tamaño de las camas pequeñas, que son un poco estrechas para un adulto.En conjunto, recomiendo el alquiler de este bonito y moderno apartamento.Por último, el personal de The Rentals Collection es amable y resolutivo
El apartamento está impecable y muy cómodo. Es nuestra primera experiencia con Airbnb y nos ha gustado todo, el menaje bonito y nuevo, las camas muy cómodas. Un apartamento muy recomendable.
