This beautifully situated holiday home is located in Afritz am See, in the beautiful "regional valley" south of Verditz and offers a wonderful view over the valley. The house has four comfortably furnished holiday apartments.
This apartment for a maximum of 3 people is approx. 50 m2 in size and is located on the first floor. In addition to the large bedroom with a double bed and access to the large balcony, it has accommodation for a third person on the sofa bed in the living room. The separate kitchen adjoins the living room, which also offers access to the balcony with fantastic views. This apartment also has a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The holiday home is a true paradise for both children and adults. You can reach Lake Afritz in 8 minutes and you can be in Villach in 25 minutes.
In summer you can also relax on the lawn or have a barbecue in the evening. Early risers will be rewarded with a fairytale view over the Karawanken. You can go on beautiful hikes or visit one of the lakes in the area. If the sun doesn't shine for a day, you can visit one of the museums or go swimming in the thermal baths.
If you strap on your skis full of energy in winter after breakfast, the ski lifts are not far away. The ski resorts of Bad Kleinkirchheim, Gerlitzen and the border triangle are all in the area and provide a lot of variety. The little ones are in the best hands on the Gerlitzen. After a wonderful day of winter sports, you can pamper yourself in the warm thermal springs of Bad Kleinkirchheim.
In short, you definitely can't miss out on a vacation in this beautiful holiday home!

Schöne geräumige Wohnung mit schöner Aussicht vom Balkon. Sehr freundlicher Besitzer, der sich wirklich für das interessiert, was Sie an diesem Tag gemacht haben. Auch in diesem Jahr fehlte es nicht an den köstlichen hausgemachten Mehlspeisen. Eine Oase der Ruhe und doch ist die Stadt Villach nur 20 Autominuten entfernt. Eine schöne Gegend zum Wandern, aber auch Radfahren und Mountainbiken sind möglich. Kurz gesagt, wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub!!

Wir buchen seit vielen Jahren in Folge unseren Sommerurlaub bei Belvilla, das sollten Sie auch tun, alles ist für Sie ordentlich arrangiert und die Belvilla-Site ist sehr übersichtlich und einfach,

Der Hausbesitzer erwartete uns bereits und begrüßte uns. Hat uns die Wohnung gezeigt und uns dann die Möglichkeit gegeben, uns zu entspannen und einzuleben. Die Formalitäten wurden später am Nachmittag erledigt. Schöne große gepflegte Wohnung mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Tal und die umliegenden Berge.

Wir wurden vom Eigentümer sehr herzlich empfangen. Es ist ein wunderschönes typisch österreichisches Haus, schöne Wohnungen, hell und sauber! Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Die Unterkunft liegt auf einer Höhe von ± 900 Metern. Villach ist 20 Autominuten entfernt, ebenso der Bodensee, Klagenfurt ist ± 45 Minuten entfernt. Wunderschöne Umgebung.
