This beautifully situated holiday home is located in Afritz am See in Carinthia, in the beautiful "Gegendtal", south of Verditz and offers a fantastic view over the valley. The holiday home has four comfortably furnished apartments.
This apartment for a maximum of 4 people is approx. 65 m2 in size and is located on the first floor. It has a double bedroom, a living room with an open kitchen and a sofa bed for two more people. This apartment also offers two bathrooms with a shower and toilet as well as a spacious balcony with a beautiful view. The holiday home and the surrounding area are a true paradise - for both children and adults. You can reach Lake Afritz in 8 minutes and Villach in 25 minutes.
In summer you can relax on the lawn or have a barbecue in the evening. Early risers will be rewarded with a fairytale view over the Karawanken. You can go on beautiful hikes or visit one of the lakes in the area. If the sun doesn't shine for a day, you can visit one of the museums or go swimming in the thermal baths.
If you strap on your skis full of energy in winter after breakfast, the ski lifts are not far away. The ski resorts of Bad Kleinkirchheim, Gerlitzen and the border triangle are all in the area and provide a lot of variety. The little ones are in the best hands on the Gerlitzen. After a wonderful day of winter sports, you can pamper yourself in the warm thermal springs of Bad Kleinkirchheim.

Wunderschöne kleine Appartements mit Blick auf das wunderschöne Tal und die Karawanken im Hintergrund. Sehr saubere und uufgeräumte Wohnung mit großem Terrassenbalkon mit Doppelmöbeln. Persönliche Einstellung und persönliche Freundlichkeit. Viele Möglichkeiten in der Region für alle Künste von Aktivitäten und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Sehr empfehlenswert. Übrigens war es hier wie bei Paar ohne Kinder.

House ist ein wunderbarer Ort, aus dem Haus können Sie einen großen Tal mit Blick auf die Karawanken sehen. Hostess tut ihr Bestes, damit Sie sich, Bettwäsche und überall verfügbar zu fühlen. Schöner Ort, um Tagesausflüge von dort nach Italien und Slowenien zu machen, wird Triglav Nationalpark sehr zu empfehlen.

Hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einer schönen Wanderumgebung. Der Aufenthalt Verditz 3 war außergewöhnlich schön, schöne Aussicht vom Balkon auf die Karawanken. Ruhige Umgebung. Viel zu Fuß in der Gegend. Unser Sohn von 10 Jahren amüsierte sich sehr gut. Lohnt sich zu wiederholen, wir kommen wieder ein weiteres Jahr.

Wohnung groß und komfortabel. Sehr sauber. ៎ Position ist nicht schön, aber ៎ Einfahrt zum Gästehaus schwierig, vor allem, wie der Schnee fällt. Sie müssen Reifen ᐪᑌ aufgehoben haben. In ᐪᖼ icielka ᐪ und sehr höflich zu mir, aber kein Englisch spricht.

Wir mussten ein Extrazimmer dazu nehmen für das wir Mehrkosten aufbringen mussten. Allen waren sehr unzufrieden mit dieser Situation, doch vor Ort konnten wir niemanden von Ihrem Resiebüro erreichen. Die deutsche Nummer ist in Österreich nicht erreichbar.

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in Österreich und genossen haben.

Ruhige, typisch österreichische Residenz mit Spielplatz vor unserem Balkon aus, die aussah. Sehr hilfreich festen Drehmoment, Spielkameraden für unsere Kinder. Nähe befinden sich viele Seen und viele Ausflüge wie möglich mit der Sommercard aber es hat sehr viel mit dem Auto.

Ruhig und schön. Schöne Aussicht auf das Tal. Sehr höflich Eigentümer. Saubere und komfortable Wohnungen. Nicht zu weit, um ein Bad Kleinkirchheim Ski resorts.During Schneefall Gerlitzen - Ketten auf Rädern sind notwendig. Wenige unsere gute Straße nach Schneefall.

Urlaub im Haus "Bodner " war ausgezeichnet !!!! Wir haben uns dort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Kinder waren begeistert von Tieren.Familie Lastin war sehr freundlich zu uns noch ein mal herzliches Dank für alles!!! Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder .
