Cancellations must be submitted via email to the landlord. Immediately upon receipt of the cancellation, the landlord will send a cancellation confirmation/note. Each reservation can be cancelled within three days, starting from the reservation date. You can report your cancellation by email. When using this cooling-off period, a reservation fee of €35.00 is due, which should be transferred directly to the landlord.
Cancellations made after 3 days and up to 8 weeks before the start of the rental period will result in a charge of 50% of the rental price.
In the event of a cancellation within 8 weeks before the start of the rental period, the full invoice amount is due.
For early termination of the stay, the full rental price remains due.
Any monies already paid should be immediately evaluated and settled in accordance with the cancellation provisions and the cancellation confirmation/note.
Rely on your own insurer for travel cancellation insurance.
