When using this cooling-off period, a reservation fee of €35.00 is due, which should be transferred directly to the landlord.
Cancellations made after 3 days and up to 8 weeks before the start of the rental period will result in a charge of 50% of the rental price.
In the event of a cancellation within 8 weeks before the start of the rental period, the full invoice amount is due.
For early termination of the stay, the full rental price remains due.
Any monies already paid should be immediately evaluated and settled in accordance with the cancellation provisions and the cancellation confirmation/note.
