Beautiful apartment in the center of Alkmaar. The building has been completely renovated and now has 3 apartments that we rent out. It is one of the oldest buildings in Alkmaar and used to be a venue for music where, among others, Rudi Carrel sometimes performed many shows. The new apartments were formerly dressing rooms for the artists. The apartments are on the third floor and are not affected by outside noise. The building is equipped with an elevator and is wheelchair accessible. Therefore, the apartments are completely new and very nicely furnished.

Apartment Hotspot81 is, as mentioned, very nicely furnished. It has 1 bedroom with a double bed. A new bathroom and kitchen. The apartment is about 48m2 in size and has many windows with a beautiful view of the canals and the cozy streets. Because the ceilings are high, the apartment feels spacious. On the ground floor, there is a nice and new restaurant where you can also enjoy a lovely breakfast. In short, a fantastic place to spend a holiday and explore the city. Very close by are the dunes, the beach, and the sea. You can easily rent bicycles and reach the beach within 40 minutes!

Wir hatten fünf superschöne Tage in dieser tollen Wohnung in Alkmaar. Sie liegt direkt im Zentrum mit Blick auf einen der zahlreichen Kanäle, ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet sowie mit wirklich allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. Der Vermieterist sehr freundlich, er hat uns persönlich empfangen, war jederzeit erreichbar und schickte während der Woche Veranstaltungshinweise. Durch kleine Aufmerksamkeiten in der Wohnung wie z.B. ein frischer Strauß Tulpen, fühlten wir uns außerdem direkt willkommen.
Einen Balkon gibt es nicht, dafür ist man aber auch direkt draußen und kann dort überall sitzen und genießen, und Alkmaar ist wunderschön! Am Meer udn Strand ist man per Rad in etwa einer halbe Stunde.
Einziger Nachteil: Zum Parken muss man ins Parkhaus (um die Ecke) oder ein Stück laufen.
