On the ground floor, there is a nice and new restaurant where you can also enjoy a lovely breakfast. In short, a fantastic place to spend a holiday and explore the city. Very close by are the dunes, the beach, and the sea. You can easily rent bicycles and reach the beach within 40 minutes!

Tolle Wohnung in Toplage!
Einen Balkon gibt es nicht, dafür ist man aber auch direkt draußen und kann dort überall sitzen und genießen, und Alkmaar ist wunderschön! Am Meer udn Strand ist man per Rad in etwa einer halbe Stunde.
Einziger Nachteil: Zum Parken muss man ins Parkhaus (um die Ecke) oder ein Stück laufen.
