The villa is situated at only 800 m. from the village center and the beach. There are 3 levels, with at the lowest level the communal pool house with outdoor kitchen and communal pool with sun loungers and lounge sets to relax and enjoy the sun, pool and sea-view.
The lay-out of this apartment, situated at the top-floor:
Entree, living ( ca. 55 m2) with spectaculair views at two sites over over the bay of Saint Tropez, Fréjus and St. Raphael. The living has a fire place (for the winter periods) and sliding doors to the terrace and there is TV, DVD, Canal Digital en wireless internet. There is a dining area, an open fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, induction cooker, coffee and tea-maker. From the living a connection leads you to the large bedroom (ca. 12 m2) with double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m.) and again stunning views over the Mediterranean. The bedroom features a wardrobe and has also sliding doors to the terrace with again wonderful view at the sea. The bathroom had a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine.
In the living the sofa-bed (1.40 x 2.00 m.) can be made for another 2 persons and the bedroom is equipped with air conditioning.
The outside of apartment Caroline:
Terrace of about 30m2, with table and chairs, where you can enjoy again the stunning views over the Mediterranean Sea during breakfast, lunch or dinner. The terrace is partly covered and also offers 2 relaxing sun beds.
At the communal pool there are various seating areas and sun beds. There is also a pool house with fridge and a lounge area to enjoy a snack and drink. The pool and pool house are shared.
Due to the location you are assured of a quiet holiday but if you want to be ‘in the middle’ of the excitement, you are within 5 minutes in the coastal town of Les Issambres.

2. Cancellation within 8 weeks before arrival, the full rent.
