The bedroom with double bed has a south-facing terrace and sea view. The living room has a sofa bed as well as a new country kitchen with full equipment (see equipment). Here is also the access to the patio terrace, pool and garden. The bathroom has 2 washbasins, a shower/bathtub and a WC, the hallway has a built-in wardrobe with safe.
The 11x5m pool is surrounded by a 150sqm pool area, equipped with chairs, tables, sunbeds and parasols, it borders a beautiful, level garden with a variety of plants and trees.

Cancellations up to 3 months before the start of the rental period will be refunded at 70% of the rental price. The deposit of 30% will be retained by the landlord unless he finds an equivalent replacement tenant.
Should the tenant have to cancel his booking, it is recommended to give the landlord a written order to try to find a replacement tenant. If a replacement tenant is found and the conditions are the same, the amount of the contractually owed sum of 100,- Euro will then be refunded.
Cancellations at short notice, 3 months before the start of the rental period, will be fully honoured by the landlord, unless he finds a substitute tenant of equal value.
In the event of cancellation less than 3 months before the start of the rental period, i.e. at short notice, the lessor shall be entitled to 100 % of the total rental price.
Should the landlord find a substitute tenant of equal value, only a rewriting of the booking is required, which can be carried out by the landlord for a handling fee (100 euros). The remaining sum will then be refunded to the hirer (at the earliest on the day of the start of the hire).
Cancellation of the rental contract is only valid with a written declaration ! The receipt of the written declaration of withdrawal by the lessor is decisive!

Herzlichen Dank! Wir freuen uns immer wieder, wenn das, was wir anbieten, so gut zu unseren Gästen passt. Wir hoffen, dass die Erholung oder zumindest die Erinnerung daran, zumal aus einer Zeit mit nahezu perfekten Wetterbedingungen, noch eine Weile trägt. Wir haben uns immer wohl und willkommen gefühlt, herzlichen Dank! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
Auch wir sagen vielen Dank und freuen uns sehr, dass es gelungen ist, Euren Urlaub so angenehm und erholsam werden zu lassen. Hoffentlich hält der Erholungseffekt noch ein Weilchen vor. Wir haben immer gerne so entspannte und unkomplizierte Gäste, die unsere Liebe zu dem schönen Fleckchen Erde teilen und zu schätzen wissen. Kommt gerne wieder.
Einfach Phantastisch
Das Haus ist traumhaft gelegen, der Blick unbeschreiblich schön, die Wohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Das Highlight war der Pool.
Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Man kann wirklich am tollen Pool Ruhe genießen, mit den schönen, gepflegten Garten.
Man ist schnell am Meer bei den unzähligen kleine Buchten oder Strände, wenn man will.

Erholsamer und entspannter Urlaub
Dank Birgit Barth haben wir uns bereits bei der Ankunft gleich herzlich willkommen gefühlt. Vor allem ihre Tipps für Unternehmungen im Umland waren sehr hilfreich und ihr schnelles Reagieren/ Umsetzen unserer Wünsche, wie z. B.
