The spacious living room with a large leather couch, a smart TV with DVD Blu-Ray player and a music system including CD player invites you to linger. A cozy dining area with a round table is located in the bay window.
The very modern open kitchen is equipped with an oven including microwave, a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer combination and - in addition to a normal coffee machine - a Nespresso machine and all the utensils that make the heart of a hobby cook beat faster.
From the south-east balcony, which is equipped with tasteful wicker patio furniture, you have a very nice view of the Baltic Sea through the trees.
In the bedroom, there is a 1.80m wide, comfortable loom double bed (separate mattresses) and another LCD TV. The morning sun shines into the room through a floor-to-ceiling window, which is fitted with an insect screen.
The shower in the bathroom has a floor made of river pebbles for a relaxing foot massage while showering.
The entire apartment is laid out with very durable designer planks - including in the bathroom - and is therefore barrier-free. Thanks to indirect lighting, it is bathed in warm light at all times.
The washing machine and dryer are in the basement.
An outdoor parking space is reserved for you.
