The entrance to the apartment is on Ground floor . There is also a beautiful terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, a table for a leisurely breakfast in the sun.
The interior is rustic, neat and very cozy. There are three bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with three single beds with balcony. Sea view, a brick and very nice kitchen with adjoining living area and two nicely tiled bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and washing machine available.

Der beste Gastgeber ever!!!
Das Haus hat zwei Wohnungen, EG/ OG und eine Dachterrasse. Toller Blick aufs Meer. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sehr bequeme Betten. Frühstück auf der Terrasse ist ein Traum!
Es gibt einen schönen Strand - 600 m entfernt (besser mit Auto, wegen Höhenunterschied). Auf dem Weg dahin "Lovely Bar" - mit eigener Konditorei und auch Arancine (Reis, Ragu, Mozzarella - deckt Tagesbedarf an Kalorien).
Castellamare in 10 Min., sehr schönes Städtchen, sowohl tagsüber als auch am Abend.
Giuseppe und seine Söhne geben gute Ratschläge, was man sehen/essen kann. Und sind extrem lieb und hilfsbereit.
Die ganze Gegend um Palermo ist sehr schön!
