The 150 m² holiday home offers on the ground floor a living room with dining area, a kitchen with oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and toaster.
There are two bathrooms one with bathtube and one with shower. Bedroom with double bed. Two further bedrooms offer a loft bed and a single bed.
Upstairs is a double bedroom.
The 4 x 4 m jacuzzi and the gym complete this accommodation.
The house has a large terrace, a 400 m² fenced garden and sea views. In addition, the outdoor area offers a Grillpatz with wood stove (suitable for pizza).
TV and WiFi for free.

In case of withdrawal, the following should be noted:
- No fees for cancellations before 181 days only bank charges.
- Penalty of 40% in case of cancellation between 180 days and 31 days before departure
- 100% in case of cancellation between the 30th day before arrival until the day of arrival
If, for whatever reason, the landlord is unable to rent the confirmed building, we will inform the guests immediately and, if possible, offer different buildings or the like. If it is not possible or the client disagrees, the landlord will refund the deposit plus 30% penalty. From the time of return of the deposit and any penalty, the customer waives any other further claims.

1 Woche pure Erholung
Einzige Kritikpunkt wäre die Müllentsorgung, wofür Hauseigentümer-in und Verwaltung nix können. Dies ist ein regionales Problem. Hier kann man sich aber gut arrangieren.

Tolles Haus in der Toskana
Die Villa selbst ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet jede Menge Platz. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden und bestens in Schuss.
Die Umgebung, die Lage und die Aussicht sind sehr schön.
Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind problemlos nach wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Cecina und das Meer sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Einzäunung des Geländes könnte etwas besser sein, da gerade kleine Hunde einige Schlupflöcher finden.
Ansonsten können wir das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werden definitiv wiederkommen!
