The "Ferienhaus Magnolie" is a detached natural stone house with sea views, only 100 meters from the beach of Cavoli, one of the most beautiful sandy bays on the island of Elba. A private, Mediterranean garden full of flowers offers tranquility despite the proximity to the attractive beaches of Cavoli (100m), Seccheto (300m), and Fetovaia (2 km). In Seccheto, there are two grocery stores, a bakery, a pharmacy, a bazaar, and restaurants. Bars with self-service are available on all beaches.
The house Magnolie has two bedrooms (with air conditioning), a spacious kitchen, and a bathroom, which is accessible from both rooms. From every room, you can admire the sea and the greenery of the Mediterranean maquis. In front of the house is an elegant wooden pergola that provides shade for dining outdoors or just relaxing. The rest of the property consists of the large garden, for exclusive use, where there are sun loungers for sunbathing as well as an outdoor shower and two parking spaces.
On the same property, but cleverly separated by a fence and hedges, is the "Villetta Iris". It is located in a shady, exclusive pine grove. It is slightly smaller, consisting of a spacious living/dining kitchen with a double sofa bed (high mattresses), a double bedroom, and a bathroom. The pine grove is available only to this house. Those who prefer the sun can go up one level to the sun loungers with sea views. This house also has its own entrance gate with parking space for the car.
Both houses are available for rent separately. The displayed prices refer to the "Ferienhaus Magnolie". The "Villetta Iris" is consistently a bit cheaper. Please ask for a quote!
