Withdrawal/cancellation:
The tenant can withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the rental period.
The withdrawal must be declared in writing and becomes effective upon receipt by the landlord.
The following compensation is due upon withdrawal:
up to 90 days before the start of the rental period, 10% of the rental price, but at least the deposit.
up to 60 days before the start of the rental period, 30% of the rental price, but at least the deposit.
up to 30 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental price
thereafter, 100% of the rental price.
If the holiday guest does not expressly withdraw from the contract, the entire rental price is due,
even if the holiday guest does not use any of the landlord's services.
