Cancellation Policy
In case of contract cancellation, the tenant is liable to the landlord for the resulting loss of rental income based on legal principles (rental price minus saved expenses), if the rental property cannot be fully or partially re-let despite efforts.
If the tenant ends the stay early, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price.
Cancellations or terminations must be made in writing. The date the landlord receives the cancellation is decisive.
The following cancellation fees apply:
Up to 49 days before the rental start: 20% of the rental price
Up to 35 days before the rental start: 30% of the rental price
Up to 21 days before the rental start: 60% of the rental price
Up to 14 days before the rental start: 80% of the rental price
Later than 14 days before the rental start: 90% of the rental price
The landlord will, however, try to re-rent the property.
Travel cancellation insurance can cover the risk of non-arrival. This insurance is not included in the rental price and must be arranged by the tenant at their own expense.

Einfach genial!!!!!!
Wir haben die Ruhe genossen und an dem einzigen Regentag haben wir Wellness gemacht( Sauna und Whirlpool im Haus). Es ist alles sehr gepflegt und mit Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Wohlfühlurlaub (hätte mehr als 852 Zeichen Rezension verdient :-))
Top ausgestattete Küche, Badezimmer mit einer schönen Sauna bzw. Whirlpool, sehr gute Matratzen in den großzügigen Schlafräumen. Technisch optimal ausgestattet sind alle Zimmer des Hauses, im Wohnraum steht ein 60 Zoll TV, der mit vielen Features ausgestattet ist, z.B. einer Sporttaste, die eine Stadion-Atmosphäre aufkommen lässt. Leider hat sich die deutsche Nationalmannschaft nicht diesem Niveau angepasst. Der Garten ist sehr schön und gepflegt, siehe Bilder. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm. Auch die Verwalterin vor Ort konnte überzeugen. Wir können ruhigen Gewissens Urlaubern das Deichkrönchen empfehlen.
