The fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, microwave, oven, etc.) leaves nothing to be desired. A high chair for children is also available.
In the garden, you’ll find a covered terrace, quality garden furniture, a beach chair, and a barbecue fireplace. Especially relaxing: the separate sauna with its own small terrace.
The house also includes 3 LCD TVs, a DVD player, and a CD radio. Enjoy a comfortable and peaceful getaway on the North Sea coast with all the amenities you need.

Cancellation Policy
In case of contract cancellation, the tenant is liable to the landlord for the resulting loss of rental income based on legal principles (rental price minus saved expenses), if the rental property cannot be fully or partially re-let despite efforts.
If the tenant ends the stay early, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price.
Cancellations or terminations must be made in writing. The date the landlord receives the cancellation is decisive.
The following cancellation fees apply:
Up to 49 days before the rental start: 20% of the rental price
Up to 35 days before the rental start: 30% of the rental price
Up to 21 days before the rental start: 60% of the rental price
Up to 14 days before the rental start: 80% of the rental price
Later than 14 days before the rental start: 90% of the rental price
The landlord will, however, try to re-rent the property.
Travel cancellation insurance can cover the risk of non-arrival. This insurance is not included in the rental price and must be arranged by the tenant at their own expense.

Zu erwähnen ist auch der perfekte Service. Von der schnellen und freundlichen Buchungsabwicklung bis hin zu den Informationen zum Urlaubsort. Abgerundet wird das Ganze durch die Betreuung vor Ort durch die sympathische Hausverwalterin Frau Daro, die auch für die blitzblanke Sauberkeit sorgt.
Nessmersiel ist ein eher ruhiger Ferienort an der Küste. Wer wie wir Urlaub abseits vom Trubel machen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Der schön gestaltete Garten des Nordsee Huus ist mit einer Mauer vor neugierigen Blicken geschützt und lädt mit der Terrassenüberdachung zum Verweilen ein.
Wir sind bereits seit 2011 jedes Jahr zu Gast bei Familie Wershofen. Und haben bereits für das nächste Jahr gebucht – ich denke, das sagt alles …
Kurzum: maximal empfehlenswert!
Sauber, groß, 2 Bäder, stielvoll eingerichtet... Toller Garten mit eingezäuntem Grundstück.

Als langjährige Neßmersiel-Urlauber haben wir in ihrem Nordsee-Huus eine Unterkunft gefunden in der wir uns von Anfang an sehr wohl fühlten. Nachdem Sie uns bereits im Voraus netterweise mit nützlichen Informationen versorgten, war auch dieBegrüssung durch Frau Daro in dem sehr sauberen Haus sehr herzlich. Andieser Stelle möchten wir uns auch für die Willkommensgeschenke bedanken.
Ihr Ferienhaus strahlt eine Atmosphäre aus, die für einen erholsamenUrlaub sorgt. Alles was man dazu benötigt ist vorhanden.
Gerne werden wir im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen.
