Holiday house for 5 persons with private pool is situated near the city center of Silo and just 300 m from a sandy beach. The total size of the house is 115 m2. Holiday house has 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and toilet, terrace, balcony and private parking place. There is also 300 m2 of fenced garden. On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, dishwasher, oven, kettle, fridge with freezer and table for 6 persons. On the ground floor is a living room with Sat tv, bathroom with shower and extra toilet.Every room has air-condition and sat tv. On the first floor is also a balcony (25 m2), two bedrooms have an exit on the balcony. From 2022 house has a swimming pool size 25 m2

Wir haben die Zeit in diesem wunderschönen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt ruhig, ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Einige Gehminuten bis zum nächsten Supermarkt und ca. 5 Minuten bis zum nächsten Strand. Der Besitzer Herr Holek ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zusätzlich möchten wir uns bei Herrn Holek noch für eine exklusive 3 stündige Stadtführung in Rijeka bedanken, die trotz strömenden Regens von ihm mit uns durchgeführt wurde. Vielen Dank für diesen erholsamen Urlaub. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus und Herrn Holek sehr gerne weiter.

Das Haus mit dem Garten und der Terrasse ist wirklich traumhaft. Am liebsten saß ich in der kleinen Hängematte vor der Türe. Unser 2-jähriger Sohn war sehr glücklich über das vorhandene Spielhaus mit Rutsche, welches auch in einem guten und sauberen Zustand war. Die Küche gut ausgestattet und sauber. Es war ein gelungener Urlaub und wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wir haben das ganze Haus gemietet d.h. Große und kleine Wohnung. Sehr schönes und sauberes Haus mit viel Platz drinnen und draußen. Überdachte Terrasse mit Blick auf die Stadt Crikvenica. Parkplatz für zwei Autos. 5 Minuten Gehweg zum Strand und 3 min zum Supermarkt. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter.

Das Haus war total toll, sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und der der Vermieter, Damir, ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend!
Die Terrasse im 1. Stock ist ein ganz besonderer Platz um dort abends zu sitzen und die Wärme zu genießen. Wir waren mit 5 Kindern zwischen 3 und 10 Jahren dort und hatten mehr als genug Platz!
Jederzeit kommen wir gerne wieder her!

Sehr saubere Wohnung mit toller Ausstattung. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, ausser einem Föhn. Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter, der alle Fragen zügig beantwortet hat. Das Haus und der Garten ist sehr geräumig und die überdachte Terasse wirklich toll besonders für Kleinkinder. Supermarkt ist sehr nah, zum Strand muss man ein Stück laufen was aber gut machbar ist. Zurück ist es etwas anstrengender, da es auf einem Hügel liegt. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig Ende September. Das Haus können wir nur weiterempfehlen.
