Wonderful, authentic holiday home (moved into in the end of 2011) in the old town of Tavira for guests who like to live right in the midst but quiet. You can reach numerous bars, restaurants and shops in the city within walking distance, but also spend quiet hours at home in the patio, on one of the terraces or even on the open fireplace. The carefully restored old (new) holiday house has underfloor heating and air conditioning, elevator and designer equipment such as glass staircase etc.
The roof terrace offers a nice view over the city and the Serra.
The holiday house is also suitable for handicapped persons (ground level without barriers, elevator, wide doors).
Numerous books, CDs and cosy seating on the open fireplace are available. The pool with external shower and countercurrent system can be used from March / April to October / November depending on the weather. The house is our holiday retirement home; It is carefully and lovingly furnished. In short: a house to feel good and relax.
Living room with open fireplace, large bookcase, open glass staircase where the hourly changing light conditions come to full advantage. Bathroom and WC / shower with marble, wardrobe and passenger elevator complete the old part. The connection to the new building is created by the kitchen, which adjoins the courtyard and the pool. The light-flooded kitchen is completely refurbished and has all modern features.
On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms. The larger bedroom is towards the courtyard with terrace and the second one to the street front. Between the bedrooms is the marble-tiled bathroom and above it is the large roof terrace with a wonderful view over the city and Serra.
We have tried to do justice to the history of this city during the restoration of our historical monument, but on the other hand to create in the interior a comfortable comfort that combines the old with the new in a pleasant way.

The house consists in principle of two parts: to the street the restored old building and to the inner courtyard the new component, two parts, which are connected by modern elements in the interior.
Disability-friendly construction: The entire house, including the inner courtyard and the terraces, is fully accessible on all three levels and has doors of at least 80 cm width. All levels are interconnected by a sufficiently large elevator, so that the elderly, but also light and medium handicapped persons, can use the entire house with its facilities.
Of course the patio and the terraces are fully furnished and also have a sun protection.

Most of our guests travel via Faro Airport and take a rental car (we are happy to arrange a cheap rate with a local car rental partner). The arrival via Lisbon is also easy by train or bus.

Die Idee des Ehepaares Christa und Hans-Michael Heitmüller, ein verfallenes Haus im
maurischen Viertel zu sanieren und darüber hinaus dieses Haus mit einem modernen,
behindertengerechten Anbau und einem kleinen Pool zu kombinieren, ist aus meiner Sicht
bestens gelungen. Altes zu bewahren und Moderne einzubringen lässt sich an diesem Objekt
sehr gut erkennen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes vom 03. bis 17. Nov. 2019 (4 Personen)
fühlten wir uns von Anfang an wohl in diesem Haus. Es gab keinerlei Anlass zu
Beanstandungen, zumal auch der örtliche Service "Casa Servico" seine Aufgabe routiniert
abwickelte. Schlußendlich haben auch die Besitzer bereits im Vorfeld und während unseres Aufenthaltes alles unternommen, uns einen schönen und beschaulichen Aufenthalt
in Tavira zu ermöglichen. Dieses ist Ihnen gelungen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fonte dos Muoros
Wir genossen nun das vierte mal Tavira in Ihrem wunderschönen hellen und komfortablen Haus, mitten in der Altstadt, die zum Bummeln und Erkunden immer wieder einlädt. Auch die Sandstrände sind wunderbar und nicht überlaufen. Für 2020 haben wir schon wieder reserviert.

Wir hben im Sommer eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und gleichzeitig sehr persönlich, Heitmüllers sind immer um das Wohlergehen iher Gäste bemüht.

Fantastisches Haus mit sehr hochwertiger und persönlicher Einrichtung. Wir fühlten uns von der ersten Minute an wohl und kommen gerne wieder!
Luxus pur
Ein traumhaftes Haus mit allem, was man sich für einen perfekten Urlaub wünscht. Angefangen über Pool, drei Terrassen, eine bestens ausgestattete Küche, ruhige und komfortable Schlafzimmer bis hin zu der geschmackvollen Gestaltung lässt dieses Haus keine Wünsche offen. Dazu sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten des schönen Ortes Tavira fußläufig erreichbar.
Die nahe gelegenen Strände sind traumhaft. Man würde am liebsten direkt wieder losfliegen...

Das sehr moderne Ferienhaus in Tavira passt sich mit seiner denkmalgeschützten Fassade dem Stadtbild optimal an. Im Inneren offenbart sich ein äußerst modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Behindertengerecht mit einem Aufzug ausgestattet sind die Räume auf allen 3 Ebenen komfortabel zu erreichen. Eine moderne Küche, 2 Badezimmer, ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer mit offenem Kamin, ein sonniger Innenhof mit Pool und zwei weitere Terrassen laden zum Entspannen ein. Technisch ausgestattet mit 3 TV, Satellitenempfang, WLAN, Drucker und DVD Player, Kaffeemaschine und vielem mehr.
Beim Einzug findet man sogar die Grundausstattung an Gewürzen-ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal im Vergleich zu anderen Ferienhäusern.

Rundherum hervorragend
Ein wunderschönes Stadthaus im alten Tavira. Mit historischer Bausubstanz, aber innen architektonisch modern und exquisit, sehr großzügige und schön geschnittene Räumlichkeiten mit mehreren Etagen und Terrassen. Es ist ein Privathaus ( die Besitzer sind ebenfalls mehrmals im Jahr vor Ort) und dementsprechend privat ist das gesamte Ambiente: sehr wohnlich und bequem, hervorragende medien,-küchentechnische, beleuchtungs- und bettenmäßige Ausstattung. Es ist sehr bemerkenswert: der internet-Auftritt für das Haus, Bilder, Beschreibungen, Anregungen usw. entsprechen der Realität. Unsere Tavira-Zeit war die erste Märzhälfte ,mit sehr wohltuendem Frühlingswetter. Haus. das lichte Tavira, Meer, Strandlandschaften haben uns so überzeugt, dass wir für 2018 bereits vorgebucht haben.
Ein reines Vergnügen, rundum
Fonte dos Mouros" ist ein liebevoll und sorgfältig restauriertes Haus in Taviras Altstadt. Die Wohnlage ist sehr ruhig, obwohl man in kürzester Zeit zur schönen Einkaufsstraße und den großen Platz am Fluss mit vielen Cafés gelangt. Auch der Bahnhof und ein großer Supermarkt sind in wenigen Fußminuten erreichbar. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und mit Sorgfalt ausgeführt, so dass man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Die Küche ist modern und bestens ausgestattet. Das Haus hat Fußbodenheizung, was in der kalten Jahreszeit sehr angenehm ist. Auch ein Innenhof mit Pool und geräumigem Essplatz, sowie eine Ost- und eine Südwest-Terrasse tragen zum Genuss bei. Die Betreuung durch Vermieter und Serviceteam war sehr angenehm.
"Fonte dos Mouros" ist ein wunderbarer und gepflegter Ort zum Entspannen, Träumen und Genießen.

Wir haben dieses Traumhaus bereits 3 x gemietet - und sind jedesmal begeistert: über die exquisite, funktionale und moderne Einrichtung mit wunderschönen Originalgemälden (u.a. der Künstlerin Lee Young), die sehr bequemen Betten, die 2 Sonnenterrassen, den Pool und den Kamin. Wir fühlen uns hier stets rundum wohl. Trotz der Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist das Haus sehr ruhig. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist die schnelle Erreichbarkeit der Strände und nicht zuletzt die freundliche, kompetente und zuverlässige Betreuung durch das "Casa Servicio Team".
