Enjoy the glorious sandy beaches of the Tyrrhenian Sea just a stone's throw away in this Tuscan natural stone holiday home nestled in greenery for 10 people with a private pool, children's playground in the large, fenced garden, BBQ area, all amenities. Dogs are welcome. The sea is only 25 km away!

Bedrooms
On the ground floor, there is 1 double bedroom with direct access to the garden and 1 twin bedroom.
An external staircase leads to the 1st floor, where there are 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom;
if necessary, 1 extra bed and 1 baby cot can also be provided.
All windows in the holiday home have mosquito nets.

Living Room
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with direct access to the garden,
overlooking the pool, with a cozy seating area with satellite TV, 2 couches, and armchairs, and there is also a dining table for the very few days when you cannot eat in the garden pavilion.
On the 1st floor, there is another living room with couches, satellite TV, fireplace, table and chairs, and there is also an additional refrigerator, ensuring cool drinks are always available.
There is a CD/stereo system that also works in the garden area.
All windows in the holiday home have mosquito nets.

Kitchen
The kitchen on the ground floor is equipped with everything necessary, including a refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner gas stove, sink, toaster, German coffee machine, and direct access from the kitchen to the garden and the pool. There is a covered pavilion where meals can be enjoyed.
A washing machine is available.

Bathrooms
On the ground floor, there are 2 bathrooms each with a shower.
On the 1st floor, there are also 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a tub.
All 4 bathrooms have a sink, toilet, and bidet.

Pool
The pool located directly in front of the holiday home is 6x10 m in size with a depth of 1.50 m;
equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, it is a beautiful place to relax and sunbathe,
children can also be well supervised from the house.

Garden
Surrounding the holiday home is an abundance of greenery, trees, shrubs, meadows, flowers, herbs, in short, a lot of Mediterranean vegetation that makes staying outdoors a pleasure.
Children have plenty of space to romp, and right next to the pool is a children's playground with a seesaw, slide, swing, and climbing frame, allowing parents to relax and always keep an eye on the kids.
There is no road nearby, just a field path below the house, the entire area is fenced with a garden gate, so it is completely child-safe and also optimal for dogs.
The garden pavilion right by the pool allows you to spend many beautiful hours with your loved ones during meals or just with a glass of Prosecco or wine in a magical atmosphere for a Tuscan holiday that can sustain you through a long cold winter!
