Holiday home Rosalia offers the perfect retreat in the heart of nature, surrounded by a beautiful green garden with a large pool. From the pool, you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the bay, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The house was completely renovated, guaranteeing a modern and comfortable stay with everything you need for a pleasant holiday. Located 1500 meters from the sea, it’s close enough for a leisurely walk to the shore, while still providing a peaceful escape from the coastal bustle.
The property is surrounded by charming olive trees, enhancing the tranquil ambiance. The house covers 115 square meters, and the pool area is 30 square meters in size. By the pool, you’ll find 14 sun loungers, garden furniture, parasols, an outdoor shower, and a table football setup, offering plenty of options for relaxation and fun. The pool is shared only with guests from the neighboring apartment, ensuring privacy. Covered parking for two cars is also available, and there’s a barbecue for outdoor cooking.

Es war so schön
Es ist so traumhaft ruhig. Mit Kleinkind und dem Pool war es genau das, was wir wollten. Man ist mit dem Auto echt in 15 Minuten gefühlt überall.

Einfach traumhaft!
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Unsere 13jährige Tochter hatte viel Spass im Pool. Alles war sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der kleine Supermarkt in der Nähe ist nur zu empfehlen. Wir sind so begeistert das wir schon für Pfingsten und Sommer 2022 gebucht haben. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist traumhaft. Dafür kann auch in Kauf genommen werden, dass die Entfernung zum Strand ca. 2 km beträgt. Die Oliven- und Feigenbäume sind als Schattenspender für sonnige Tage perfekt.

Sehr schöner Urlaub gewesen
Wir hatten ein sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Wohnung/Das Haus war sauber. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Pool war super, die Kids haben in geliebt.
Einfach nur schön!
Wir hatten diese beiden Appartments mit einer befreundeten Familie zusammen gemietet und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig in einem kleinen Dorf gelegen. Ein kleiner "Tante Emma Laden" mit allem nötigen ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Beide Wohnungen waren sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das ganze Grundstück ist top gepflegt. Der immer saubere Pool war unser Highlight. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren!
Unvergesslicher Urlaub an einem schönen Ort
Wir waren zum ersten Mal mit unsere ganze Familie auf Insel KRK. Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub. Das Haus war sehr schön, alles was wir bräuchten, war da.Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.Nicht weit vom Haus gab es wunderschöne Buchten und Strände.Der Pool mit Blick auf das Meer war einfach magisch.Natürlich werden wir wieder hierher kommen
