The contractual relationship between lessor and lessee shall be deemed valid upon conclusion of the rental contract and receipt of the specified deposit. The contract becomes binding once the lessor has received the deposit in the amount mentioned above. The contract can be terminated for serious reasons up to 4 weeks prior to arrival. In case of cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival, the lessee has to pay the full rental price without incidental costs. If the property can be rented to a new guest at short notice and under the same conditions, 65% of the rental price will be refunded to the lessee. The deposit will remain with the lessor.
