The contractual relationship between lessor and lessee shall be deemed valid upon conclusion of the rental contract and receipt of the specified deposit. The contract becomes binding once the lessor has received the deposit in the amount mentioned above. The contract can be terminated for serious reasons up to 4 weeks prior to arrival.
