Your comfortable holiday destination directly at the sea.... You will feel pampered in this holiday home with its 1250m² large, beautifully invested garden with seating areas, tall palm trees and lots of Mediterranean plants, and the evergreen hedges that surround the property ensure privacy. The 10x5m large pool can be heated upon request and offers plenty of space to swim or just float and relax. The little ones can splash around safely in the 2x2m baby pool. The covered jacuzzi is far enough away so that you can relax in peace, or you might prefer to recharge your batteries in the sauna. And you can conveniently park in front of the house, where 2 covered parking spaces are reserved for guests.
Villa de Alevtina has a total of 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (with shower) that sleep up to 8 guests. 2 living rooms, a cosy dining area and a 70m² covered terrace (that can be closed on all sides if needed) with barbecue offer privacy even if you travel with a larger group or family; that way, a relaxing, recreative holiday is guaranteed. Villa de Alevtina is decorated with high-quality furnishings, has air conditioning and gas central heating in every bedroom, and the fireplace in the living room spreads cosy warmth during the winter, which means you can also spend the cold season here. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired as it comes with a washer/dryer, microwave, large fridge, stove/oven and more.

The contractual relationship between lessee and lessor shall be deemed valid upon conclusion of the rental contract and receipt of the deposit. The contract becomes binding once the lessor has received the deposit in the amount mentioned above. The contract can be terminated for serious reasons up to 4 weeks prior to arrival. In case of cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival, the lessee has to pay the full rental price without incidental costs. If the property can be rented to a new guest at short notice and under the same conditions, 65% of the rental price will be refunded to the lessee. The deposit will remain with the lessor. We therefore recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance.

Wir sind jedes Jahr sehr zufrieden und buchen daher auch immer wieder dort. Die Betreuung in Deutschland und vor Ort war immer einwandfrei und sehr freundlich. Die Villen sind hervorragend ausgestattet und in einem guten Zustand-es fehlt hier wirklich an gar nix. Die Gärten und Pools sind alle sehr gepflegt und man verbringt wirklich einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub dort. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :-)
