Our “Apartment Type III“(approx. 110m²) is appointed with a spacious living room with a full size double sofa bed, completely equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and oven, 2 spacious sleeping rooms (Vi-spring beds), 2 bathrooms (one tub/toilet and one shower/toilet), 2 Flat-TV's, telephone, WiFi, safe and balcony. It offers comfortably accommodation for 2-8 persons.

Our house is situated quietly and sunny at the foot of the Geigenbühel, but still only 3 walking minutes away from the centre of Seefeld. The meeting point from ski school and the nursery slope “Geigenbühel” are just in front of our house – you´ll enjoy watching the skiers or even your own children skiing down the slope! The ski bus-station (direct connections to skiing areas “Rosshütte” and “Gschwandkopf”) and the shuttle bus station are conveniently close to the Abanico. The Region Seefeld is located on a high, open plateau, between the Wetterstein mountains, with the iconic Zugspitze, and the Karwendel Nature Park.

The cross-country ski trails and the winter walking paths are part and parcel of the winter landscape and in summer, this sunny plateau keeps its guests happy with endless walking possibilities, a good variety of biking trails and plenty of culinary delights.

Cross-country skiing through a picturesque snowy landscape, wandering along the many winter walking paths, snow-sure skiing fun on wide open pistes, plus a host of top-class sporting events and a diverse cultural programme with Advent markets in the historic village centre, are just some of the numerous activities and experiences, which you can look forward to in the Winter.

In summer, the five resorts in our region offer countless marked walking, biking and climbing routes for all levels. Among the thick forests and rich green meadows, weary hikers can try hearty Tyrolean specialities and freshly tapped drinks at the mountain huts, while the crystal-clear mountain lakes and the shimmering waters of the wild streams provide a welcome opportunity to cool down.
