The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen-living room, shower, and toilet in a quiet, sunny location with satellite TV. A terrace with a sunbathing lawn is directly in front of the entrance, which is accessible separately.

In winter, the house is just a few minutes' walk from the valley station of the Valiserabahn and the Grasjochbahn - Ski area Silvretta-Montafon. The Schafberg ski area in Gargellen and the Golm ski area in Tschagguns are also only 5 - 9 km away and can be reached in no time by the free bus. The cross-country ski trail and the illuminated toboggan run are in close proximity.
Location:
District Sponaweg, it takes about 5 minutes to walk to the bus stop and the town center, with hiking opportunities right at the door.
There is a sun meadow and a garden house for children by the house. A fire pit is also available in the garden.
