You can enjoy the outdoors on sunny days on the terrace next to the front door (28 m2) or in the shared garden. Or walk around the yard and get to know the arable farm!
You can store bicycles under the stairs immediately upon entering. If you don't bring your own bicycles, you can also rent them from 'the neighbours'. Are you coming with your children?
