Spacious, sunny holiday apartment with 2 or 3 bedrooms. The kitchen-living room is equipped with a kitchenette and satellite TV and invites for convivial hours with your loved ones. Each bedroom has a satellite TV. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a separate bathroom with separate toilet. The apartment also has 3 balconies, of which 2 are south facing and one north facing.

Our house is nestled in lush green meadows and in winter in glittering white, where on the 1st floor a cosy, sunny and lovely furnished apartment awaits you and your family and friends to linger. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, where the WC is always separated. The well-equipped kitchen-living-room invites you to spend convivial hours with your loved ones. In order to start the day perfectly in the morning, we offer a roll service for you. Simply let us know the day before which pastry we can order for you. In the morning it hangs on your door handle.

No matter if you want to spend your holidays in summer or in winter with us in the Ramsau, situated under the impressive Dachstein massif. With Haus Elsa you have made the right choice. From spring through summer to autumn October, you can take off directly on the hiking trail in front of your doorstep. For families the Sattelbergrunde is not far away - your summer experience is guaranteed! On hot days you will also find a welcome cooling off in the Silberkarklamm, about an hour away, which impresses with its waterfalls and gorges. If you travel by public transport for the sake of the environment, you can reach the bus stop for the hiking bus in just 10 minutes on foot. After an adventurous day you can walk to the next restaurant in 3 minutes and enjoy the Styrian delicacies.

In winter we are the perfect starting point for your cross-country skiing round - no matter if you are a connoisseur or a top athlete. The groomed cross-country trail leads through the meadow in front of the house and promises pure relaxation in the fantastic winter landscape. In Ramsau, in the Schladming-Dachstein holiday region, you can follow in the footsteps of the world champions on the cross-country trails. If you are looking for limitless skiing pleasure, the legendary Planai awaits you in only 10 minutes by car, right in the middle of the 4 mountain ski swing. On about 230 km of pistes everything is offered for young and old and of course the huts invite to a „Kaiserschmarrn“ and „Schnaps“.
