Welcome to our Sabine guesthouse in the magnificent Neustift in the Stubaital!
Our house is surrounded by meadows and fields, situated in a quiet and central location and offers comfortable and sunny rooms as well as apartments for 2 to 8 people, held in Tyrolean Landhaus style.
 
Our Sabine guesthouse is an ideal starting point for your summer and winter activities. The cross-country valley trail, with classic and skating track, and numerous hiking trails are directly accessible from our house. The stop of the free ski bus to the Stubai Glacier or the Schlick 2000 resort can be reached within 2 minutes on foot. The centre of the village of Neustift, with its numerous restaurants, cafes and supermarket, can be reached in just 10 minutes.
 
The sunny room in our Sabine guesthouse feature bright furniture and feature a bathroom with shower, a cosy sitting area as well as a balcony from where you can enjoy the magnificent views of the impressive Stubai Mountains.
 
Every apartment is furnished with bright wood and offers a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a spacious living and dining area for the whole family as well as a sunny balcony where you can relax after an eventful day together with the family.

The small apartment accommodate up to 5 people. Here you will find a double room, bathroom, separate toilet and a cosy living room that invites you to enjoy your vacation with your own stove.
 
In our large garden with lawn you can relax in the sun and refresh yourself in our outdoor pool after an active day. Sports equipment can be stored in our ski room with boot dryer.
 
In the cosy breakfast room we already spoil you at the beginning of the day with a rich breakfast buffet. On request, we also offer the breakfast buffet or the fresh roll service to our apartment guests.
 
The Schlick 2000 family skiing resort and the Stubai Glacier with secure snow conditions await you with varied slopes and quaint mountain retreats. Away from the skiing slopes the Elferlift offers two sled runs that are even illuminated at night.
 
In summer you can choose among many activities such as mountain biking, E-bike cycling, hiking, Nordic walking and much more.

The summer toboggan run in Mieders is a special highlight both for young and adult guests.
