Welcome to our charming attic apartment made of wood! Look forward to a cozy atmosphere and two separate bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds 200 x 100 cm). The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and dining area.

The living room invites you to linger with a breathtaking view of Riezlern. TV programs are, of course, available. A guest WC in the basement and the option to use a washing machine (for a fee) complete your holiday experience.

Our vacation apartment in the sunny wooden house is located in close proximity to the Parsennbahn – ideal if you want to start your day in the valley ski area within a few minutes' walk in the morning and return home comfortably in the evening.

Quiet location yet well connected: The bus stop is only about 150 m away, and you can reach the town center of Riezlern in about 3 minutes by car or around 15 minutes on foot.

The spacious 3-room apartment accommodates up to 4–5 adults and is perfect for families or friends traveling together while still wanting some space. Children are warmly welcomed, and we are happy to provide a children's bed upon request.

Facilities & Comfort
The kitchen is well equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee machine. Additionally, WLAN, 2 TVs, and laundry washing upon request are available.

Check-out: by no later than 10:00 AM



Minimum stay: 7 days (shorter stays from 5 days available upon request)



Tourist tax: additionally €4.40 per person/day
