The light-flooded apartment has its own separate house and apartment entrance. A parking space is available on the property. E-bikes/bicycles can be safely stored in our garage. The apartment is approximately 76 sqm with a spacious living-dining room. A sofa bed for two additional guests is also located in this room.

The new fitted kitchen is equipped with all electrical appliances, and at the large kitchen island, you can cook together or dine comfortably. In the bedroom, you will find a large comfortable box spring bed as well as a 3-meter wardrobe with a TV. The beautiful bathroom features a bathtub and shower with a bench.

A separate guest toilet is freely accessible on the ground floor in the staircase. A small storage room with a washing machine, ironing board, iron, and a mobile clothes drying rack is available. Furthermore, the apartment has two covered balconies.

On the 12 sqm large balcony, you can relax and enjoy the sun. From the small balcony, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets with a view of the Haardt. This way, you can end your evenings calmly with a glass of wine.

In a Mediterranean two-family house, there is a modern and cozy holiday apartment located on the upper floor. The house is situated in a small residential area among the vineyards. Within a 10-kilometer radius, you will find various restaurants with lovely terraces. In Venningen, there is an Italian restaurant with continuous warm kitchen hours. In Edesheim & Edenkoben, you will find all shopping options / gas station / ATM / doctors / pharmacies for daily needs.

Enjoy the pleasant climate in the Tuscany of the Palatinate. The beginning of the Palatinate Forest can be reached in 10 kilometers. In just 38 kilometers, you can reach Alsace / France and purchase French specialties. At the border crossing, there is also the German Wine Gate. In Speyer (23 km), you can visit the Technik Museum, the cathedral, or plan a stroll through the beautiful old town. A walk along the Rhine is also possible here.
