Those who love nature will certainly feel very comfortable in our holiday flat!

The light-flooded, newly renovated flat offers views and exit directly into the spacious garden, which may of course be shared. Our garden with its meadow orchard borders directly on the Weidas.

Here you can simply unwind, walk along the babbling Weidasbach stream, listen to the birds singing, sit around the campfire in the evening or at night under the stars. Barbecues are also possible. A small children's playground with swing and sandpit, table tennis table or table football invite you to play.

Our house is located in a district of Alzey, about two kilometres from the "secret capital" in the heart of Rheinhessen. There is a parking space in the courtyard, e-bikes can be charged free of charge in the garage.
Alzey can be reached on foot in 20-30 minutes and has the flair of an enchanting small town with its many half-timbered houses, the historic Rossmarkt with fountain, small alleyways in the old town, numerous restaurants and wine taverns that invite you to stop in and taste the delicious Rheinhessen wine.
In summer, you can take a dip in the cool waters of Alzey's open-air swimming pool, play mini-golf or experience adventures with children at the Robinson playground. But the Wartberg Tower as Alzey's "landmark" (great view), the Alzey Castle, museum with stone hall or the Roman fort are also worth a visit.

In addition, the surrounding hills of Rheinhessen offer many leisure activities: Numerous "Hiwwelrouten" lead through the hilly, densely vine-covered landscape, which is often referred to as the "Rhine-Hessian Tuscany". With a bicycle or e-bike, the radius can be extended even further, so that nearby towns such as Worms, Mainz, Bingen, Bad Kreuznach, Oppenheim or Nierstein can be easily reached. In addition to shopping, there are plenty of cultural attractions to discover in these towns, e.g. the cathedral, Gutenberg Museum, St. Stephen's Church, etc. in Mainz, or St. Catherine's Church, the underground cellar labyrinth and the Landskrone ruins in Oppenheim.
