In an annex directly next to the Familienhotel Botenwirt, at the entrance to Kleinarl, you'll find our two beautiful and fully equipped self-catering appartments. Each appartment can accommodate 4 to 8 people. The apartments are just 200 meters away from the beginner's lift, providing direct access to the Ski amadé ski area with a slope right to the doorstep!

The free ski bus stops right outside and takes you and your family or friends to the ski amadé area. The cross-country ski track and family hiking trail also pass directly by the building. Guests can enjoy free access to the natural swimming pond with a sunbathing lawn behind the building, as well as the wellness area with saunas, an infrared cabin, and a relaxation room in the hotel. This allows you to tailor your mountain holiday to your own pace! Free parking is available at the hotel. In summer, children from the age of 3 can enjoy fun and games in our childcare of the Abenteuerland.
