The accommodation offers two separate bedrooms and a living room with a pull-out couch for a child. The modern bathroom/WC is equipped with a wheelchair-accessible shower, a hairdryer, and towels. In the well-equipped kitchen, you will find a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a microwave, a kettle, a stove, and an oven.

A sun terrace with seating invites you to relax, while the garden with a view of the Stubai Glacier provides additional relaxation. Amenities also include satellite TV and Wi-Fi. For children, a swing and a trampoline are available in the garden.

Our renovated apartment is located in a quiet area of the Milders holiday village, just 2 km from Neustift and only 14 km from the Stubai Glacier. The bus stops, as well as a grocery store and a sports shop with rental services, are directly on the way to the apartment. In summer, there is a beautiful landscape lake, and in winter, a ski lift can be reached on foot. The entrance to the cross-country ski trail is also right on site.
