The building is located only 5-10 minutes walking distance from the village centre but still quiet and peaceful.
The Au Villa is surrounded by a large garden and infront of that there is a field which shows even more green in the summer and the next bike tracks pass by close to the building. It also gives you the chance to start a walk on the winter-walking paths or use the cross country tracks right in front of the house. One of the largest ski areas worldwide "SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser" is only 2 km away. So in case you are keen to enjoy the country side this is the richt place to start.
