The house has two floors. On the main floor you find a spacious living-dining room, ideal for relaxing, equipped with satellite-TV, DVD and sea view. The kitchen invites you to cook on the gas cooker. The laundry room is equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor with shower and one on the upper floor with bathtub. Then, the four bedrooms are upstairs, three with double beds and one with two single beds. Three also have wardrobes and two have access to one of the terraces. A cot, a high chair, three fans and four radiators are available.
Pets are not welcome.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55 euro/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 euro/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

Horror!
b) absoluter Horror: irgendein Gerät (wahrscheinlich eine Pumpe) an anderen Doppelhaushälfte hat gebrummt, wenn dort Wasser verbraucht wurde. Das Brummen hat man bis tief in die Nacht und teilweise alle paar Minuten gehört. Wir hatten nur Glück, dass nach ein paar Tagen die Nachbarn im Nebenhaus abgereist sind. Bis dahin Horror!!!!! Schon allein deshalb würde ich hier nicht geschenkt übernachten. Der Eigentümer des Hauses hat es nicht abgestellt, der Vermieter Villafinca auch nicht. Im Nachhein wurde behauptet, es hätte kein Problem gegeben. Ich würde nie nie nie irgendwas über Villafinca buchen.
