Bellavista Apartment offers a unique experience thanks to its covered terrace and breathtaking views over the entire coast, from the picturesque Cala dei Sardi to Porto Rotondo. The location at the entrance of Porto Rotondo will allow guests to explore this popular seaside resort and enjoy its wonderful beaches and recreational activities.
The entrance is located on the upper floor and can be reached via a staircase among the trees. The apartment welcomes guests with a spacious and bright living room, furnished with taste and attention to detail, complete with a double sofa bed, armchairs, a television and a dining table. The fully-equipped kitchen, adjacent to the living room, features an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a coffee machine. The sleeping area, on the lower floor, boasts two bedrooms, both equipped with a queen-size bed, a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with shower. A third bathroom with a shower completes the layout.

The covered terrace, furnished with sofas and dining area, is the highlight of the accommodation, a perfect place to enjoy moments of relaxation and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Cugnana.
