Wonderful apartment with an annex, with a panoramic terrace overlooking the city walls, perfect for a family or a group of friends.

The property consists of two units with entrances adjacent to each other. The apartment on the upper floor is accessible via a staircase that leads to a furnished terrace with a sea view. From here a French-door leads to the living area furnished with taste and attention to detail. In this room there is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining table, a sofa and TV. A beautiful archway with white curtains hides a relaxation area, with a freestanding tub, from where there is access to the bedroom with a queen-size bed and the ensuite bathroom with shower. The lower level, accessible from outside, leads to the studio apartment with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, and a small sitting area with a mini fridge.

Free wifi, air conditioning in some rooms and in the living room, and underfloor heating will be available to guests.

Ostuni, known to the world as the White City, is the pearl of the Itria Valley. Its blindingly white, immense historic center culminates in the Cathedral (600 meters from the apartment) that soars over the plain of olive trees, the coastal dune park, and a crystal-clear sea. Characteristic are its narrow streets, the Piazza della Libertà (5 minutes away), and the column of St. Oronzo that majestically protects the town.
Its countryside stretches into the heart of the Itria Valley. A few kilometers away is Ceglie Messapica, a center of tradition and enogastronomy; Cisternino, a village recognized as one of the most beautiful in Italy; and Alberobello, whose famous trulli have been a world heritage site since 1996. About 30 km to the north we find the Archaeological Park of Egnatia, Monopoli, and Polignano a Mare, ancient fishing villages with a charming historic center and beautiful beaches. To the north (80 km) we find Bari, the gateway to the East, while proceeding south we first encounter the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, then Brindisi to reach Lecce, the capital of Baroque. Moving westward there is Taranto, the heart of Magna Graecia, and finally to Matera, characteristic of its Sassi and European Capital of Culture 2019.

Brindisi Airport is a 35-minute drive away, while Bari International Airport is 100 km away.
