The house's exteriors are ready to enjoy relaxing evenings outdoors thanks to the porch furnished with armchairs and a sofa. There is also a barbecue ready to be used to prepare delicious meals for outdoor dining. There is also an outdoor shower, perfect for the return from a day spent on the nearby beaches.

Moving into the rustic interior spread over two floors, you will find the spacious double height living-dining room. In the living room there is a sofa along with 4 armchairs, perfect for all the guests to enjoy a movie night on the Smart TV. When it's time to eat, there is a dining area where you can eat the delicious dishes cooked in the vitro-ceramic kitchen, equipped with all the necessary utensils for your stay. The first floor ends with a bedroom with two single beds equipped with wardrobe and air conditioning, and a complete bathroom with bathtub. Going up the stairs, we will reach the first floor where the three remaining bedrooms of the house are located, two of them with two single beds and the last one with a double bed. All the bedrooms have wardrobes and air conditioning to make your stay more refreshing in summer. Finally, a complete bathroom with bathtub gives service to this first floor. The house has a washing machine and, if you are travelling with babies, you will have a cot and high chair at your disposal.

Marina Manresa offers a privileged location since, only 500 metres away, you will find the beach of Es Morer Vermell, a perfect beach for swimming and sunbathing in the Mediterranean sun. If you wish to go sightseeing, the town of Alcudia is ideal as it is only 3 kilometres away. There you will find a variety of points of interest to visit such as the walls that surround the town along with a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants to enjoy the rich local gastronomy.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55â¬/night and guest during the low season and 2.2â¬/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
