From Nice. Take the A10 to Genova and come off the motorway at imperia ovest. After leaving the motorway turn left and follow the signs towards San Lorenzo al Mare eventually on your right you find the turning for Civezza.

Delightful apartment in a beautiful hill village set among olive groves and looking out to the sea. Welcoming hosts and a very friendly village community.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Monica hat mit uns den Check In geregelt, sie war so nett und zuvorkommend!!! Es war toll.

Le logement est propre et spacieux. Le village sympa et accueillant. Petit village tout en hauteur. Pour le logement le désavantage ce sont les deux volées d escalier du logement pour y accéder plus une 3e volée pour la seconde chambre. L emplacement parking n est praticable qu avec une jeep ou un chauffeur vraiment chevronné.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Perfect living location with easy access for sea trips and mountain hike's. The upstairs terasse is a beautiful location for preparing and taking the first moring coffee - beautiful view and temperature up there. We did our sea trips with the bikes and it was quite ok to cycle uphill - if no going with any hurry. The village itself is also beautiful with friendly people and nice restaurants. The best is go back up hill by bike and stop by in the ristorante for a cool drink directly on arrival.

Die schön gestaltete Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt! Dazu hat auch beigetragen, dass Franco Perri als Vermieter immer für uns ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit war.

Family holiday
Die Wohnung liegt sehr verwinkelt und mit sehr vielen Treppenstufen, die man erklimmen muss, in einem kleinen Bergdorf. Man bekommt dadurch aber einen guten Eindruck über das italienische Leben. Ein kleiner Laden und zwei Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Als Familie haben wir die Zeit dort genossen, aber man braucht definitiv ein Auto und gute Fahrkünste, um die Serpentinen zu meistern. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist zweckmäßig, die Betten waren für uns als Erwachsene leider eher unbequem. Toll waren die Außenküche und die Dachterrasse, die einen tollen Blick aufs Meer bietet.
Nice house in Civezza with a wonderful terrace
We book this house every year since 2019. The house is nice and cozy. It is located at the center of the village, quite close from all the available services (public parking, minimarket, restaurant, post office, etc.)
It is perfectly clean and there's everything you may need during your stay, plus Franco is always available when help is needed.
Our favorite thing is the terrace with a fully equipped kitchen: it is always possible to eat outside, enjoying the sea view and the fresh breeze.

Schöne einfache Wohnung; simple but wonderful apartment
Eine einfache Wohnung, die alles hat, was man braucht. Besonders die überdachte - also schattige - Terrasse mit Meerblick und zusätzlicher Kochstelle ist ein wirklich großer Gewinn. Die Betreuung durch Franco Perri ist unschlagbar: immer erreichbar, immer freundlich, immer hilfsbereit und immer kompetent. Solch einen Service kann man sich nur wünschen.

Schönes Dorf Civezza, beautiful village Civezza
Civezza ist immer weiter ein wunderschönes italienisches Dorf. Mit einem kleinen Laden ("Da Simona"), in dem man fast alles bekommt, mit einem schönen kleinen Dorfplatz, wo man im Ristorante "La Piazetta" gut essen und trinken und mit wunderschönem Ausblick sitzen kann, und mit dem "Cinque Torri", einem gehobeneren Restaurant, in dem man wunderbare Fischgerichte bekommt. Die Lage auf dem Berg sorgt für einige Abkühlung und man ist doch in 7 Minuten am Meer. Und die Menschen sind durchgängig sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Man fühlt sich dort wirklich zuhause.
Prima Familienurlaub
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Ferienwohnung. Die Buchung bei Herrn Pisani war absolut unkompliziert. In den Zimmern war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, sie sind nett eingerichtet, man wohnt schön über Civezza, die Eltern können getrennt von den Kindern schlafen und auf der Dachterasse kann man sich dank der Überdachung auch an heißen Tagen oder bei viel Wind ganz prima aufhalten und kochen. Die Landschaft ist schön und man ist schnell am Meer und auch in die Berge ist es nicht weit.
Uns hat es insgesamt sehr gut gefallen und was in der Beschreibung auf der Internetseite steht, trifft genauso zu.

Perfect for me during four weeks
I spend 4 weeks in Civezza this summer. And this apartment was perfect for my needs. It´s clean, cool and well disposed as a I have some guest visit me during my stay. The terrace with the Mediterranean view was so nice. And as I like to cook I like the outdoor kitchen.
Schöne Wohnung mit Flair!
Die Wohnung hat zwar kleine Mängel (die Dusche hat wenig Power, wir sind aber alle sauber geworden, das Internet ist relativ langsam) und für gehbehinderte ist sie nicht geeignet. In der oberen Toilette muss man sich ab 1,70 m am Waschbecken bücken. Auf der anderen Seite hat sie Charme und wir haben uns insbesondere auf der Dachterrasse sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Betten sind okay und die Vermieter wie auch der ganze Ort sind sehr freundlich. Das Restaurant und die Pizzeria sind empfehlenswert und man hat dort noch einen Tante Emma Laden. Ein Supermarkt ist im Nachbarort, man muss also nicht runter nach Imperia. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig, hat eine nette kleine Altstadt und in den Bergenist es auch nicht so heiß wie direkt am Meer. Unbedingt die Wal-Delphinbeobachtung von Imperia aus mitmachen!

Struttura molto bella,posto tranquillissimo e a pochi minuti dal centro e dal mare.... Molto pulita e curata nei dettagli, abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza e disponibilita dei propietari... Sicuramente torneremo!!

Wir waren überhaupt nicht zufrieden, die Meersicht ist durch eine Antenne verschandelt, keine Fliegengitter aber Mücken, Dusche ist nur Rinnsal, keine Duschvorhang, Duschschlauch zu kurz! kein Fleisch/Brot/ Gemüsemesser vorhanden aber 39 Espressotassen,das Wohnzimmer ist eine dunkle kleine Diele ohne Fenster.
Für das WLAN muss man erst zur Post, keine WC Bürste vorhanden, Parkplatz weit entfernt, sehr mühsame Gepäckschlepperei über viele Treppen, OG für Leute ab 1,60m ungeeignet, Terrasse ab 12.00 Uhr voll im Schatten, bei der Ankunft waren die Handtücher nass.
Es waren keine Geschirrtücher da, keine Bettdecke (wurde auf Anforderung später gebracht). Die Region, der Ort Civezza selbst und die Restaurants sind sehr schön!

Hello, I am Franco from CASA FELICE I am very sorry for all the inconveniences that had in the house if you would call me I would have done everything possible to solve all the problems. I apologize for the problems you had in the house thanks Franco.
But i most tell you the living room is a window and for the wifi you only need to ask for the password for the TV aerial in fron of the terrace is 50 metre away and is a private house i ask and it has been removed .
but it is ok i apologize to you for all the for all incovenienze

Great location, very close to the sea but at the same time immersed in verde. Very kind with which we have established a relationship of friendship. I recommend it to families and couples
Wedding
We visited Civezza in June for a week to attend our friend's wedding.
The village is absolutely beautiful and the people who live and work there are friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is amazing, serving perfect pasta dishes and the best pizzas I have ever tasted. The bar is just fantastic - we were extremely well looked after each time we visited (which was often!)! Our accommodation was great with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea.
You can get everything you need here and I highly recommend Civezza for an authentic, relaxing Italian holiday.

Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, eine so gut ausgestattete und fein herausgeputzte Wohnung vorzufinden.
