The apartment is located on the first floor of a recently renovated historic building and features a large living area furnished with sofa, television and a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and kettle. The sleeping area is divided into two rooms with access to a balcony on Via Materassai, one with a queen.size bed and the second with two single beds and en suite bathroom with shower. An additional bathroom with shower completes the layout.
