Apartment Casa Blanka Bahia Playa en Costa Calma, Canary Islands

The apartment Casa BLANKA is located directly on the beach of Costa Calma. It was completely renovated and newly refurbished in spring 2021 and is furnished with high quality and love. You can reach the bright sandy beach via a private, beautifully landscaped path through the complex.
There is a restaurant and 2 beach bars directly on the beach. A supermarket is right next to the complex, with another just a few minutes' walk away. Pharmacies, restaurants, bars, and a doctor are all within walking distance.
The apartment has a living room with an open kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double box spring beds including a cozy topper for particularly pleasant sleeping comfort (1st BR: 1.80 x 2.00m, 2nd BR: 1.60 x 2.00m), a small feel-good bathroom with rain shower and illuminated Bluetooth sound mirror, and a large, wind-protected terrace with outdoor shower, large dining table, and a chill lounge island. Furthermore, on the terrace, there is a lockable cupboard where you will find a washing machine, an ironing board/iron, a clothes dryer, a Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner, a broom, and a hand brush.
Our kitchen is equipped with brand-name appliances, including a 4-zone induction stove from Bosch, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, WMF coffee machine, WMF toaster, WMF kettle, a Dolce Gusto capsule pad machine, and a juicer. There is also plenty of dishes, glasses, cutlery, bowls, baking dishes, baking accessories (mixer, blender, etc.), and placemats.
Hand soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, and toilet paper are provided for the first few days in the apartment.
All windows and doors are equipped with mosquito protection and external blinds, and the terrace doors are lockable, with the windows having their own security.
A safe, a smart TV with German channels, as well as fiber optic internet with 300 Mbit/s and a Bluetooth/internet radio are also part of the equipment.
You will find enough towels, dish towels, and beach towels in the apartment.
If needed, a change of laundry can be requested for a fee.
There are ample parking opportunities on the street in front and next to the complex.

The price is for 2 people per night, each additional person €15.

The apartment is not bookable with children under 12 years!

The price includes towels, bed linen, shower and beach towels, safe, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, iron, electricity, and water.
The complex is mostly preferred by German holidaymakers. It is quiet and very well maintained.
No parties and no pets allowed.
