Recently renovated and finely furnished apartment, a few steps away from the amazing Baroque-style cathedral of San Nicolò, in the heart of Noto.
The apartment is on the mezzanine floor of a Baroque-style building and has been renovated in a modern style, while maintaining finishing touches at the time, such as floor with the typical “cementine” tiles and decorated vaulted ceilings.
Climbing a few steps, there is the terrace with a small table and some chairs, and from here you will access the kitchen furnished with a dining table and fitted with all amenities including an oven and an espresso coffee machine.
The living room comes with design furnishing such as a sofa and an armchair in vintage style, as well as a double sofa bed and a TV.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom equipped with a queen-size bed and a TV. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.
Free wifi, washing machine, heating with a heat pump and air conditioning in the living room and the bedroom will be at guests’ disposal.

Among the protected assets you can find the Cathedral of Noto, the most important catholic place of worship in the city. Also in the center, Palazzo Ducezio is not to be missed, a true gem of baroque architecture which houses the famous Sala degli Specchi (“Hall of Mirrors”). Toward the coast stands the natural oasis of Calamosche Beach, declared in 2005 as “the most beautiful beach in Italy” for its crystal clear waters.
Catania Fontanarossa airport is 90 km away.

The apartment location could not be better. We liked the big rooms and the outside terrace made it feel like independent house. Kitchen had all needed utensils to make dinner. We enjoyed a place a lot.

We had a great time in Noto. The location was in the centre of town being just 200 hundred metres from the Main Street and Cathedral. The accomodation was first class being spacious and comfortable. The assistance and communication provided by the local host/agent (Michael) could not be faulted and Made our stay very enjoyable.

Die Unterkunft ist super schön und genau so wie auf den Bildern. Die Räume sind sehr groß und der Balkon ist super süß. Hier hätten 4 Gäste genügend Platz. Direkt vor der Unterkunft kann man kostenlos parken (wenn etwas frei ist). Falls nicht ist ganz in der Nähe ein öffentlicher Parkplatz.Schräg gegenüber ist ein kleines Café wo man gut frühstücken kann.Der Host war sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell auf unseren Rückfragen reagiert. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und eine klare Weiterempfehlung.
