The house was deliberately renovated as a listed building and great importance was attached to sustainable materials. There are some historical highlights to discover, for example, hand-painted wallpaper was preserved and modernly staged. Nevertheless, the layout is well thought out and offers common areas on the first floor with a bar, fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
The location right at the entrance to the pedestrian zone in Schruns is perfect for hiking excursions, restaurant visits and small shopping trips. The Hochjochlift which is open summer and winter is within walking distance.
It should be noted that since people grew a little smaller in the 17th century, the ceiling heights in the historic parts are slightly lower than today's standard.
